Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • 8570 compliant (Security+)
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Knowledge of deploying software
  • Hardware configuration
  • Experience imaging Desktop and Dell Wyse thin clients
  • Tier I Network troubleshooting
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Experience in VMware Horizon
  • Experience in KVM Configuration
  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance Level Must Currently Possess
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing system
  • VDI
  • Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and collectively with multiple work centers
  • Creating a knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation to solve customer challenges
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with high expectations and visibility of real world operations

  • Ability to support multiple users at various locations
