Clarity Performance Solutions offers a wide range of solutions to health care payers and TPAs, including claims processing, contact center support, auditing, staffing, and customer engagement through multiple channels and expert consulting. This role provides support to end users on a variety of issues, identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems, and responds to telephone calls, email, and requests for technical support. The System Administrator will provide support to users relating to hardware, software, network, internet, and remote system connectivity. This role will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems. The System Administrator will assemble, install, configure, and evaluate computer equipment, install new software releases and system upgrades, and evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems. This role will complete work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices or creating components of networks. The System Administrator will develop and maintain software and hardware inventory and tracking systems, develop inventory lists and order, stock, and store electronic components. This role will perform preventive maintenance for computer, data communication, and peripheral equipment, and test and adjust to appropriate standards. The System Administrator may coordinate departmental purchases of application software and provide license tracking on all centrally purchased packages such as office suites. This role will manage and maintain local and cloud-based file storage, maintain firewalls, routers, switches, etc., and monitor the network for security risks and vulnerabilities. Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
