We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk, service desk, or IT support role
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using an ITSM ticketing platform
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Level 2 or Level 3 support teams
  • Provide clear and professional communication to users throughout the resolution process
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access provisioning
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
