Here's why you want to work here: Paid Time Off 401k Medical & Dental Benefits Paid Training and Real Career Growth Opportunities Here's what you'll be doing: Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers Confirm and update customer information, appointment details, and vehicle status in our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) and our online scheduling software (Xtime) Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring each customer feels valued and informed Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate scheduling Follow up on declined services, maintenance reminders, and warranty or recall notifications Track and document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality control Assist in marketing and retention campaigns to drive service business Maintain dealership standards for professionalism, communication, and brand representation Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service & sales skills
  • Computer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealertrack and/or Xtime experience a plus)
  • Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Proficient with windows programs and general computer knowledge
  • Typing 40-60WPM

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealertrack and/or Xtime experience a plus)

Responsibilities
