Requirements

  • Dealership experience required, preferably in a BDC or customer service role
  • Strong phone etiquette, typing, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and scheduling systems
  • Driven, organized, and great at multitasking
  • A guest-first attitude with a passion for helping people and solving problems
