Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center or related environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple computer programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals
