About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations
  • Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival
  • Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic
