About The Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. This role will lead and oversee the Aquatics department, including staff supervision. A primary continued focus will be the growth of aquatics programming and overall branch membership, aiming to enhance community impact and organizational reach. This position will be located at the Midlothian YMCA. This is a hands-on position that will require afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

At least two years of aquatics management experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrate the ability to successfully create and run programs
Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with members and staff
Attention to detail
Leadership skills
Current CPR-Pro, AED, First Aid, O2 certifications
Current YMCA/Red Cross/Ellis lifeguard certifications

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification and experience
Trainer-level certifications
Water fitness certifications
