About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to build modern workflow, case management, automation and AI-powered user experiences for enterprise-scale automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend development experience and hands-on exposure to at least one workflow, BPM, low-code or automation platform, with the ability to contribute across a diverse automation ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of workflow, automation, BPM, low-code or enterprise platform experience.
  • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React.js or Angular.
  • TypeScript.
  • JavaScript ES6+.
  • HTML5.
  • CSS3 / SCSS.
  • Material UI.
  • Tailwind CSS.
  • Responsive Web Design.
  • Candidates should possess hands-on experience with at least one platform from either of the two categories listed below: Open BPM & Orchestration Platforms (Camunda 7 / Camunda 8, Flowable, Fluxnova, Temporal) or Low-Code Platforms (Pega Infinity, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow Workflow Automation or IBM Business Automation Workflow).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade workflow and automation applications.
  • Build task management interfaces, case management applications, workflow portals and administration consoles.
  • Create reusable UI frameworks, components and design systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting interfaces, monitoring capabilities and workflow analytics experiences.
  • Build intuitive experiences for workflow execution, approvals, escalations, notifications and exception handling.
  • Develop self-service onboarding and operational management capabilities.
  • Integrate user interfaces with workflow engines, APIs, analytics solutions and AI services.
  • Support multi-tenant and role-based access capabilities.
  • Follow modern frontend engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX designers, backend engineers and product teams.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, security and performance best practices.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
