About The Position

Exiger is seeking a Delivery Workflow Engineer to support its AI-enabled platform for researchers producing due diligence and risk reports. The role will help unify and productize agentic solutions already proven in production into an enterprise application, automate manual processes, and ensure outputs remain human-vetted and defensible. It operates at the intersection of engineering and business operations, in close collaboration with subject matter experts. The engineer will enhance the existing agentic platform and research and report-drafting automation, strengthen quality-control and fact-checking workflows, translate client scopes and report requirements into workflow logic and minimum viable products, and support researchers through training, testing, feedback, and reliable day-to-day platform operations. The role will also integrate new data sources and prepare for future client-facing, modular report delivery. The position is hybrid and based in McLean, Virginia, or Richmond, Virginia.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience designing, building, and launching enterprise software applications or automated workflows used by teams.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and agentic AI solutions in production.
  • Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to build, test, and own production-grade applications end to end.
  • A product mindset, including the ability to translate business needs into scoped requirements, make minimum-viable-product trade-offs, and pay close attention to details where accuracy matters.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical subject matter experts and operations leaders in a fast-moving, self-directed environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), background investigations, enhanced due diligence, or compliance and third-party risk.

Responsibilities

  • Support continued development and enhancement of Exiger’s agentic platform, expanding application capabilities across report and product types to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance research and report-drafting automation and strengthen quality-control and fact-checking workflows to ensure consistent, accurate, and regulator-defensible outputs.
  • Partner with team leads and regional subject matter experts to translate client scopes, report requirements, and case handoffs into workflow logic and a clear minimum viable product.
  • Support platform researchers through training, testing, feedback, and reliable day-to-day operations across North America and Romania teams.
  • Integrate new data sources and lay the groundwork for future client-facing, modular report delivery.

Benefits

  • Discretionary Time Off with no maximum limits on time off.
  • Industry-leading health, vision, and dental benefits.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to working from home and in the office where applicable.
