This job is responsible for providing routine analytical support to the service delivery team, supporting a wide range of Global Human Resources products and programs. Key responsibilities include sharing accurate and timely research, data analysis, and data interpretations. Job expectations include supporting service delivery teams on program usage and effectiveness analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources or Business Control/ Quality Assurance
  • Proven project management skills; detail oriented
  • Proven data orientation and analytic skills, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions
  • Experience working as part of a structured project team with tight timelines and deliverables
  • Ability to synthesize information into a compelling story and present findings in a concise manner for senior level executives
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, address issues with creative solutions and to deliver results
  • Experience developing and successfully implementing new processes and practices with a commitment to strive for simplicity and transparency
  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Client service orientation
  • Ability to think at the enterprise level
  • Must be resourceful, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and be able to work both independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for individuals with previous Employee Relations or HR generalist experience
  • Experience testing or monitoring tools, process, or procedures

Responsibilities

  • Supports the evaluation of existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements
  • Supports the implementation of controls to mitigate and manage compliance and operational risk
  • Supports a variety of routine to complex operational and strategic activities to ensure programs are executed accurately and effectively
  • Partners with Human Resources (HR) program functions on an ongoing basis to ensure processes meet design requirements
  • Supports initiatives and routines by identifying solutions that meet business needs and priorities
