About The Position

The Service Data & Warranty Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our hybrid and electric bus fleets by managing the fleet operations data, systems and tools, and workflows that drive aftermarket service excellence. This position will manage and maintain key operational databases, validate service and warranty information, and perform technical analysis to support the Customer Service and Support Team. This role will help drive continuous improvement and strengthen the service experience for our transit bus customers. Based in Endicott, NY Our growing business is located in the Greater Binghamton area which is home to several sports teams, shopping centers, a growing downtown, the State University of New York at Binghamton, several large healthcare employers and some of New York’s top-ranked school districts. The area enjoys a rich heritage with multiple diverse communities with local cuisine and festival celebrations. From the area to an hour out there is access to hiking, skiing, lakes, waterparks, casinos, golfing, camping, and vineyards. Requirements

Minimum of Associates degree.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Strong analytical abilities, with experience interpreting technical and operational data
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process integrity
Ability to manage data in multiple systems and platforms
Capability to identify trends and drive data‑informed improvements
Strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

Preference for bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering technology, supply chain, or related fields

Responsibilities

Processing field technician service reports
Review and approval of third party technician service invoices
Management of inventory at remote stock locations for field service
Fleet Warranty Tracking and Customer Claim Processing
Manage and Maintain Customer Support Inbox and Online Accounts
Use analytics to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain Service Data and Warranty performance dashboards.
Prepare and present monthly KPI reports
