About The Position

This mission-critical role will under general supervision, provide basic software, hardware and other troubleshooting activities for the UT Health clinical practice enterprise. Jobs in this family are responsible for tier one support and initial troubleshooting of UT Health Physicians clinical practice's software, hardware, service requests, triage and escalation of non-tier one issues to the appropriate application teams, and monitoring/updating the UT Health clinical practice's ticketing system.

Requirements

• Basic software troubleshooting skills.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic software, hardware and other troubleshooting activities for the UT Health clinical practice enterprise.
• Perform tier one support and initial troubleshooting of UT Health Physicians clinical practice's software and hardware.
• Handle service requests.
• Triage and escalate non-tier one issues to the appropriate application teams.
• Monitor and update the UT Health clinical practice's ticketing system.
