About The Position
In this fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing medical records concurrently to facilitate accurate representation of patient complexity by improving the quality of providers' clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Board of Nursing (Texas) license
