About The Position

Repair the World is seeking an organized, detail-oriented early-career professional to support the day-to-day operations of its service corps program. This role is responsible for managing the corps member experience, from onboarding and paperwork to tracking hours, surveys, and stipend payments. The associate will act as a liaison between Repair's local staff and cross-functional departments such as finance, operations, and data, ensuring deadlines are met, records are accurate, and communication to corps members is timely and clear. Proficiency in systems like Salesforce, Monday.com, Adobe Sign, and Bill.com is important. The role also involves identifying and implementing AI tools and automated workflows to improve administrative and operational efficiency, and using AI tools like Claude for drafting and participant communications.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in operations, program coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Comfort with data entry and a high bar for accuracy.
  • Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and e-signature and payment tools like Adobe Sign and Bill.com.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to Repair’s mission of Jewish service and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the service corps application pipeline in Salesforce and update applicant and corps member records.
  • Track completion of onboarding paperwork (agreements, banking, tax forms) via Adobe Sign and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Add confirmed corps members to payment tracking boards in Monday.com and ensure completed paperwork reaches the finance inbox.
  • Support a smooth onboarding experience for corps members.
  • Track service hours logged in Salesforce and communicate with local staff about any delays.
  • Support monthly cohort time data uploads, including learning engagements tracked outside Salesforce.
  • Work with the Data Team to track pre- and post-program survey completion and follow up with staff on outstanding surveys.
  • Enter data for program components and assist with data requests from program staff.
  • Review Monday.com payment boards to confirm corps member readiness for payment (surveys complete, hours logged) and update statuses weekly.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to process approved payments through Bill.com.
  • Support intake of service partner interest forms and maintain the partner board in Monday.com.
  • Ensure all service partners have signed MOUs and provide up-to-date Certificates of Insurance.
  • Collect curriculum submissions from local staff and perform a light quality-control review.
  • Review and update service corps systems and tasks for easier handoff and repetition.
  • Onboard new staff to service corps systems and processes.
  • Contribute to an internal, cross-functional working group to identify efficiencies and flag blind spots.
  • Identify and help build AI tools and workflows into admin and ops systems.
  • Use AI tools, including Claude, to support drafting and communications workflows.
