Requirements

Excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position.
Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a related field is a plus and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Display exceptional customer service skills while interacting with Ahern’s customers.
Take emergency service calls that need to be addressed in a timely manner.
Provide main dispatch duties.
Schedule technicians daily for service inspections and preventative maintenance.
Coordinate part ordering.
Issue purchase orders.
Assist customers with invoicing/billing questions.
Maintain customer database information.
Generate weekly and monthly reports.
Provide support to technicians and field supervisors.
Maintain a positive relationship with office and field staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
