About The Position

Your Responsibilities Include: Stage equipment for service technicians throughout the day to improve efficiency. Load and unload customer equipment during pickups and drop-offs. Prepare the triage process for both morning and afternoon. Check in equipment and tag with ribbon. Assist in evaluating off-rent rental equipment. Thoroughly clean equipment before it enters or leaves the service department (based on shop needs). Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed. Maintain an orderly and clean work area, including collecting and disposing of trash. Inspect, clean, and maintain all tools and equipment used. Follow all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, promoting and ensuring quality standards. Report hazards or faulty equipment to Service Management. Collaborate with the service department and other departments to foster a team-oriented environment. Respond promptly to team members’ needs to support service department profitability and customer satisfaction. Meet with Service Management regularly to discuss priorities, changes, and areas for improvement. Perform minor repairs or services needs to optimize technicians' time. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and upholding company values. Take on related responsibilities and tasks as directed.
