About The Position

LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking a Service Coordinator for their Lee, MA location. The Service Coordinator will provide a world-class experience when interacting with customers, process information in response to inquiries and requests for services, provide accurate details when scheduling all appointments, and ensure the needs of the customers are satisfied and that all data-entry is complete and concise for technicians and customers. For over 30 years, LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Lee. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • some college preferred
  • Previous experience in HVAC or Plumbing industries preferred
  • Prior customer service, dispatch, or schedule coordinating experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software(s) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all requests for residential service, install, and/or plumbing appointments
  • Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
  • Handle and resolve customer problems, follow up as necessary
  • Record details of actions taken, inquiries and comments under account notes
  • Disseminate customer concerns to appropriate department managers
  • Agreement education for all clients
  • Outbound calls to schedule maintenance
  • Pre-schedule maintenance appointments for renewal customers
  • Knowledgeable of all areas of the company
  • Assist with agreement mailings
  • Assist with dispatching technicians when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager
