About The Position
The Service Coordinator will provide contact center support for building owners requesting roofing service. The Service Coordinator will create, dispatch, and process work orders. This includes invoicing for repairs, and documenting warranty expenses. Other tasks include following-up on past due, generating letters, service recaps, and obtaining repair quotes.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous work in a corporate office setting, customer service, and billing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of applications.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
- Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

Responsibilities
- Provide contact center support for building owners requesting roofing service.

- Work closely with building representatives to ensure their roofing needs have been addressed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to external customers while maintaining accurate data for internal customers.
