About The Position

Join our commercial kitchen repair company as a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, coordinating service technicians and ensuring top-notch customer service. This is an IN-PERSON position in Orlando, FL, Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for answering service calls from customers, communicating with 3rd party applications, assisting in dispatch and filling in when needed, reviewing technician work orders for accuracy, and communicating with customers, technicians, and staff.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior HVAC/Service dispatch experience is a plus.
