About The Position

Murdock Auto Team is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Consultant to join their Service Department. This role combines the duties of a Customer Greeter and Service Porter, with comprehensive training provided to prepare individuals for a career as a Service Advisor. Nice To Haves

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus, but not required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
Greet customers as they arrive and assist them through the service drive.
Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.
Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery.
Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot.
Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and customer follow-up.
Learn dealership service processes, repair orders, scheduling, and customer communication.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
