Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up communication
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
- Strengthen communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
- Continue developing professionally through ongoing coaching and leadership development
