Requirements
- No prior automotive experience required.
- Candidates must have a stable work history
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls as one of the primary initial contact people and handle accordingly
- Perform outbound call tasks as assigned from the department
- Create and manage the loaner agreement process for customer appointments
