Requirements
- No prior automotive experience required.
- Candidates must have a stable work history
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience
- Portray a professional and energetic attitude, appearance, and work ethic
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Concierge during customer arrival and exit of their service visit
- Ability to properly check customer in using service lane technology
- Ability to properly transition customer to assigned Service Advocate
- Ability to streamline and manage service drive, loaner, and parking lot operations
- To aide in anyway when asked to contribute to the running and maintenance of the overall facility
