About The Position

Do you love talking to and meeting new people? Can you build rapport with anyone you meet? LOVE customer service and being on the front line? Jaguar Land Rover is looking for a Sales Concierge to join their expanding Sales Team. The Concierge will offer a welcoming environment by greeting all guests with a smile and offering complimentary beverages. Customer experience is the TOP priority. The role is to establish rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience under any circumstance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparing and pulling up vehicles for showings, test drives and deliveries.
• Arrange and organize the inventory and lot.
• Take photos of trade-ins and input the photos and VIN into the system for trade appraisals.
