About The Position

Crain Kia of Fayetteville is seeking a Service Concierge to elevate our customer experience within our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for someone currently working in: Service BDC Service Advisor Assistant Customer Experience / Hospitality roles Dealership concierge or appointment coordinator roles If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate well, and take pride in delivering a seamless customer experience—we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership experience preferred (service lane or BDC strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (text, phone, in-person)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and confirm upcoming service appointments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout their visit
  • Coordinate communication between customers and service advisors
  • Ensure customers are informed, comfortable, and confident during their visit
  • Follow up post-visit to drive satisfaction and retention
