About The Position
Patterson Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Concierge to join their award-winning team at Tustin Mazda. As a Service Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the busy service department. You will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting one of the highest-performing service teams in the region. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service will play a vital role in our guests' experience. This position serves as one of the primary entry points into the Service Advisor development path, offering valuable knowledge of customer relations, dealership operations, and automotive service processes.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Hospitality or restaurant experience highly valued
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist service guests upon arrival
- Help coordinate vehicle check-in and service appointments
- Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Support customer communication throughout the service process
- Assist with guest needs and service drive operations
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
- Support Service Advisors and management with daily operations
- Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction results
