About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Concierge and Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our service lane-greeting arriving guests, directing traffic, and safely moving customer vehicles to be serviced. Additionally, you will play a vital role behind the scenes by managing our tire inventory and supporting our Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for an organized, customer-focused individual looking for an entry-level gateway with clear opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak service seasons.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the service lane, and safely lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, valet, retail sales, or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services or tire inventory/sales is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and software for tracking inventory and customer notes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-first attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate customer needs and identify operational tasks during downtime.
  • Proven ability to thrive and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dress to impress. Recommended to always look sharp, neat and well kept.

Responsibilities

  • Greet arriving service customers with a warm, friendly welcome to set a premium tone.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate lounge areas or staff members and answer general inquiries.
  • Support Service Advisors by managing lane traffic, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer check-ins.
  • Drive the dealership shuttle to safely transport customers to and from their destinations when needed.
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles moving into and out of the service drive.
  • Pick up customer vehicles from their homes or offices and deliver them back safely after service is completed.
  • Maintain accurate counts of tire stock, organize the tire storage area, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Provide customers and advisors with accurate information regarding tire options, pricing, and active promotions.
  • Track tire inventory movements and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts teams to meet department service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and dealership development programs to advance your career.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the service drive and guest reception areas during lower-traffic periods.
  • Assist with seasonal weather readiness, including clearing walkways of snow and ice to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
