Job Summary: The Service Clerk is accountable for the accurate administration, coordination, and documentation of all service and warranty activities at the Medicine Hat manufacturing facility. This position supports service operations by ensuring work orders, warranty registrations, invoicing, reporting, and customer and retailer communications are completed in accordance with company policies, warranty requirements, and internal controls.
