About The Position

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment at both customer job sites and branch locations. The position requires strong mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven experience in heavy equipment repair
Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrain components
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a DOT physical
Strong troubleshooting skills
Professional communication skills

Responsibilities

Diagnosing heavy equipment at customer job sites and branch locations
Repairing heavy equipment at customer job sites and branch locations
Maintaining heavy equipment at customer job sites and branch locations
Delivering excellent customer service
