Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia or behavioral care
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes)
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
• Offer transportation to appointments or outings
• Provide medication reminders to support health management

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
• Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate : $16.75/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
