Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care (preferred)
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes)
Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
Offer transportation to appointments or outings
Provide medication reminders to support health management

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
