Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive environment.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor health and wellness and promptly report any changes.
- Engage clients in activities that enhance their quality of life.
