This position works in an office environment. The Service Clerk will be responsible for reviewing expense books, credit card receipts, training expenses, benefit expenses, and accident forms. They will also assist field supervisors with job schedules, job openings, proper tax codes, repair progress, job review, work order notes, service report review, and invoicing. Additionally, the role involves assisting with work-in-progress review, credit returns, Reman cores, and expense issues related to daily activity in the Service Office. The Service Clerk will obtain backup material for warranty and policy reference, as well as flat rates, standard jobs, and CSA pricing and scheduling. This role also performs back-up duties for service department phones, payroll review and entry, work order entry, and service office organization and appearance. Other duties may be assigned.
