About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused People & Organization Service Center Support Specialist to join our Shared Services team in Warsaw. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, providing support on HR processes, systems, policies, and services across multiple countries. You will resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and ticketing systems, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain accurate HR records, and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, HR operations, or a shared services environment.
  • Fluent in German and Polish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
