About The Position
Stevinson Toyota East is seeking a Cashier to join their team. This role involves greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls at the dealership, determining the nature of their business, and directing callers to their destination. The Cashier will also answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to all callers. Additionally, this position will handle cash handling duties, close repair orders, and assist with clerical duties as requested.
Requirements
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous dealership experience is helpful.
- English language required, (Bilingual a plus)
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening background and drug
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and coworkers
- Must be at least eighteen years of age

Responsibilities
- Greets customers and answers incoming phone calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination.

- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Cash handling duties.
- Closing repair orders.
- Assists with clerical duties as requested.
