About The Position

Edmond Hyundai is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our high-volume Service Department. As one of the first and last people our customers interact with, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing. Requirements

• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants must be available to work any of the Service Department operating hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer payments accurately using dealership systems.
• Balance daily cash drawer and credit card transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming cashier area.
• Review repair orders for accuracy before closing transactions.
• Assist Service Advisors and management with administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers regarding completed repairs and payment options.
• Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of Edmond Hyundai.
