The Service Cashier is responsible for processing repair orders, maintaining records of daily transaction documentation, calculating and applying discounts, coupons, and charges to proper accounts on repair orders, and assisting with phone calls. This role also involves providing customers with the correct change and/or receipts, and filing repair orders as directed by service department management. Additionally, the Service Cashier will answer the service department telephone, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary.
