TECO-Westinghouse is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Business Unit Manager to lead our Service organization and drive growth across aftermarket support, field service operations, warranty administration, and DC motor sales. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing service strategies, managing customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and commercial expertise with a passion for customer satisfaction, team development, and continuous improvement. This position provides leadership for Field Service Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Warranty Administrators, Project Administrators, and DC Motor Sales personnel while serving as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
