About The Position
Certified Benz & Beemer ("CBB") is looking for an energetic and organized Service BDC Representative to join their growing team. As the "heartbeat of our service department", you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them to keep their vehicle safe and on the road. CBB is a family-owned luxury pre-owned dealership celebrating its 20th year as Arizona's premier luxury pre-owned automobile dealer with over 20,000 positive reviews! They are looking for a motivated person with exceptional communication and time management skills. You will be assisting the Service Department in coordinating appointments and helping customers have an excellent experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position (Customer service, call center, administrative, etc.)
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a Plus!
- Bilingual is a Plus
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance appointments.
- Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recall notices, and special promotions.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth, welcoming drop-off experience.
