About The Position

Superior Auto is launching a new Business Development Center (BDC) in a modern office on Indy’s Northeast side. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who want to help customers while building their career. Superior Auto has been helping customers get back on the road with reliable vehicles and second chances since 1975, and with 70 locations and growing, there is ample opportunity for career growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center or contact center experience — you know how to manage high call volume, stay focused, and hit performance targets.
  • Confident communicator — clear, professional, and friendly in both speech and writing.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks and systems at once.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM systems, phone software, and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email — responding quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.
  • Work closely with our 70+ locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.
