About The Position

Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS office programs
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Professional appearance and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointments
  • Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
  • Monitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow-up
  • Collect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaigns
  • Contact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Stay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standards
  • Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes
