In addition, we also provide sales, parts, and service for the top construction equipment brands, horse and livestock trailers, and heavy-duty truck outfitting in our region.

Requirements

• Prior customer service work experience to include prior billing/invoicing, scheduling, and working directly with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Good attendance and safety record.
• Ability to work overtime when required

Nice To Haves

• Prior service billing/invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain service reports and records.
• Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to Customers.
• Obtain PO’s and close completed invoices in timely manner.
• General office duties to include filing and payables.
