We are currently searching for an Service Bench Technician. The Service Bench Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, deploying inventory, performing deliveries, and maintaining deployment systems. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering efficient and effective service.

Requirements

• Eventual On-call participation
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Break/fix end-user hardware issues.
• Break/fix customer software used for staging equipment.
• Deploy inventory following client guidelines.
• Perform on-site deliveries.
• Learn to use VNET RMM systems.
• Maintain VNET deployment systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
