John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Service Business Development Representative to join our willing team! In this role, you will schedule incoming service appointment queries by phone, email or chat by scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, following up with missed appointments and finding the answer for any of their questions. You will interact with customers to identify their individual needs and actively document customer concerns with their vehicle and case notes. You will confirm pending appointments with customers and follow up with missed appointments. You will respond to all incoming online email leads and phone leads in a professional, well-spoken and timely manner. You will generate and schedule appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers. You will complete phone calls as assigned by the Business Development Manager. You will direct customers to product information resources, including those available online. You will ensure service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate, accurate notes are typed into the Customer Relationship Management software. You will deliver inquiries and messages intended for other personnel and departments promptly. You will communicate effectively with service and parts personnel in order to assist customers interested in servicing their vehicle. You will achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly goals and objectives set by management. You will work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner.
