Our Service BDC Representatives are the virtual point of contact for Zimbrick customers needing assistance with their vehicle: from education on feature operation, maintenance and repairs, to appointments, follow up, deferred service and issue resolution. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
  • Able to adapt to consistent changes from our service teams and Manufacturers.
  • Attention to detail, pride in your work, strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at one time.
  • Proactive in problem solving and dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate Zimbrick’s Core Values every day.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and customer interaction through an Omni-channel solution (phone calls, emails, chat, SMS/text).
  • Utilizing strong listening/comprehension and interpersonal skills, you will assess the customer’s needs, document vehicle concerns/symptoms and determine the best servicing solution, all with a customer-centric focus.
  • Document customer concerns, determine if a virtual or in person solution is required, execute the solution with our service teams.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle service process by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
  • Resolve customers’ challenges with the best solutions by using all resources. Understanding the range of products and services available to offer guests options tailored specifically to meet their automotive needs.
