Requirements

  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Providing introductory information to perspective and existing service clients
  • Scheduling and confirming service appointments
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and service inquiries
  • Determining the most effective way to address clients' needs and concerns
  • Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
  • Tracking appointments and clients' interactions in CRM system
  • Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolutions
