About The Position

We’re seeking someone who enjoys supporting customers and assisting a fast-paced service team. Lyle Pearson Auto Group—an automotive company with a portfolio of premier luxury dealerships—is currently looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our Mercedes-Benz of Boise location. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering excellent customer service while providing essential support to the service department as needed. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- 1 year of commercial phone experience
- 1 year of customer service
- Driver’s License
- HS Diploma
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone, making appointments, and answering questions
- Making outbound appointments and follow-up calls
- Assist in-store guests as needed and with vehicle check-in/out
- Assist with paperwork processing and internal communications
- Other duties that may arise in the Service Department
