Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC Representative Earnings: $20.00/hr + Monthly Performance Bonus | Full-Time | Elmsford, NY Looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role with steady hours, great pay, and real career growth? At Subaru White Plains (The Premier Collection), our Business Development Center (BDC) is the communication heartbeat of our service department. We are looking for a friendly, articulate, and organized professional to connect with our Subaru owners, book service appointments, and deliver an effortless client experience over the phone and online.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multi-screen scheduling tools.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or automotive retail is a plus (we provide full paid training).
• Positive, reliable team player ready to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, website chat inquiries, and online service appointment requests.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to remind clients of upcoming maintenance, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule service visits efficiently using digital scheduling software (Xtime/CRM).
• Answer client questions regarding routine maintenance schedules, dealership amenities, and vehicle drop-off procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and managers to ensure a seamless handoff for every visiting customer.
