About The Position

Kia of Cape Coral is seeking motivated Business Development Center Representatives for its Service Department. This call center role involves managing inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and conducting outbound calls to follow up on recent services. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, is enthusiastic, driven, and seeks a high-earning potential. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus. Requirements

  • Prior Automotive BDC experience ideal
  • High volume outbound call experience is a must
  • Handle Incoming calls
  • 5-day work week
  • Saturdays required and some Sundays
